Harry Archer

Harry Archer is the Founder and CEO of Tire Business Group. Prior to founding the firm, Harry spent six years in Commercial Real Estate beginning in 2019, specializing in automotive net-lease transactions. During this time, he represented private and institutional owners of national tire, service, convenience store, and automotive parts tenants, successfully completing over $170 million in real estate transactions nationwide across 120 properties.

Through sourcing transactions and maximizing value in real estate, Harry identified a clear gap in representation for independent automotive operators. With a vision to fill this void, he founded Tire Business Group to deliver institutional-quality advisory services tailored specifically to automotive business owners navigating sales, growth, and succession planning.

Before entering the automotive and real estate sectors, Harry worked in the technology industry, where he led business development efforts for Bitcoin Depot, the world’s largest Bitcoin ATM operator with over 16,000 locations, and founded Bitcoin-Go, an early Bitcoin exchange platform.

Harry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he is a season ticket holder of the Atlanta Braves and enjoys international travel, particularly trips to London to watch Chelsea Football Club compete.

Brett specializes in connecting owners with the insights and resources needed to prepare for expansion, evaluate a sale, or assess the value of the real estate tied to their business. Known for his energy, clear communication, and strategic perspective, Brett takes a holistic approach that considers the business, the property, and the legacy behind each decision. Brett has a BA from Kennesaw State University and when he's not working with owners on their next move, he enjoys playing golf and building meaningful relationships.

Brandon Broussard

Brandon Broussard is Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees underwriting operations, business and real estate valuation processes, and the development of scalable systems to support long-term growth. Brandon brings a background spanning analytics, operations, and commercial real estate, including experience as a Pricing Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry, a Commercial Real Estate Analyst for over five years, and an Operations Manager within the property management sector. His experience includes underwriting, valuation, operational process design, and team leadership, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Brandon has a BA from Kennesaw State University, and when he's not building systems or evaluating opportunities, he's most likely traveling or spending time with family.

Alec Cooper

Alec Cooper is Vice President of Business Development, where he leads client outreach, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives across the tire, automotive, and auto-service sectors. He brings eight years of brokerage experience and a focused background in business and real estate transactions, advising operators on valuation, exit planning, and portfolio strategy with a disciplined, data-driven approach. Known for his professionalism and responsiveness, Alec collaborates closely with the firm’s underwriting and valuation teams to ensure each engagement is supported by accurate financial analysis and strategic positioning, and he works with operators and investors throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Alec has a BA from University of Georgia and when he's not helping owners achieve financial freedom, he is most likely playing golf and spending time with friends.
